Java Developer, Infinitive

Infinitive is looking for an up and coming developer to join our team. You will immediately have the opportunity to work on new platform development for our market leading software platform in the mortgage industry.

We are a highly innovative, dynamic and challenging company that will provide you with a great opportunity to further yourself as a software developer, learn new skills and technology and be part of some industry changing software development.

Professional experience is a bonus but not required. You should possess strong technical and analytical skills and demonstrate a willingness to adapt in learning new technologies and industries.

Skills and Abilities

• Designing, programming and testing against complex business specifications under minimal supervision;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Excellent knowledge in Java EE, web Service and design patterns;
• Java Swing experience/exposure very highly regarded;
• Proven 2+ years application development experience with previous experience in development projects;
• Sound verbal and written communication and experience in communicating with varying levels in an organisation;
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Hard working, quality & outcome focussed;
• Self managed and motivate University degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent and Passion for software development and technology generally.
