Web Based Tool
Lodgement is a web based tool with offline capabilities so you can access it wherever you are without the need for any installation. As part of the Spectrum Suite of Broker products, Lodgement can be used as a standalone product or coupled with any or all of the Spectrum Suite loan management tools for a complete work flow.
Import Information from CRM
Don't enter data twice. Lodgement has the ability to import the information from your CRM into the loan application via a web service, avoiding doubling up on work and saving you valuable time.
Infinitive's 'Web Response' can also respond to required missing fields which are lender or mortgage product specific for the application. You can choose to enter the information into 'Web Response' or go back to your CRM to complete the missing fields yourself.
Application Cloning
Advanced features like application cloning allow for easy submission of loan applications to multiple lenders or for re-submission at a later time if required. Cloning the application takes any hassle out of electronic lodgement.
Pre-Submission Checks & Validation
You receive immediate validation and feedback which will improve the accuracy of the application before submission. Once submitted to the lender, pre-approval for loans can come back in minutes.

Loan Status Tracking
Status messages for all your electronically submitted loans are available through our web portal in real time, alternatively we can push these messages to your own tracking system. SMS and email updates can also be send directly to the adviser.
