Merry Xmas & Happy New Year!

As the festive season fast approaches, we would like to wish you a Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year.

Over the Christmas Break, Infinitive offices will be closed from the 23rd December 2010 - 8th January 2011.

During this time Infinitive support will operate with limited staff from Mon - Fri, 9am-5pm except on the public holidays.

Normal business & support hours will resume on Monday 9th January 2011.

Major Re-Branding Exercise

Today leading Australian financial services technology company formerly known as Santapau Limited announced the conclusion of a major branding exercise to develop an exciting new company brand name, Infinitive Limited. 

Chief Executive Officer, Jega Rajan said: “After the acquisition of the mortgage software and messaging businesses of Pisces Group Pty Ltd, we are ready for an exciting new phase of growth and development.   And it is important that our corporate structure supports those plans.”

“We felt it was important to create a parent brand that reflects the innovative nature of our business.  It also needs to be able to grow as we ready for a major launch into the Australian personal finance market.  We believe Australian consumers are ready for a brand that believes anything is possible with the right attitude and approach,” he said.

The new Infinitive brand has been developed for its business to business products and services with the help of Melbourne based strategic branding agency, SouthSouthWest. The Infinitive brand will replace the old Pisces Communications and Newsnet names given to them by their former owners.

Thanks to significant new investment, both the business and consumer divisions will be focused on developing innovative new products and services to complement improvements on the existing offer.  Infinitive is striving to revitalise the customer experience.

“Our mission is to become a household name and a partner companies will trust to power their business objectives.  We believe our fresh, flexible and yet determined approach will make us a force to be reckoned with,” said Mr Rajan.

Infinitive’s vibrant new brand and energetic, contemporary voice will play an important role in communicating the values of this exciting new company as it takes a bold step forward.

In the coming weeks Infinitive will announce the launch of its fresh new consumer brand which will provide an exciting new service in the Australian personal finance space.  The consumer brand sits under Infinitive and was developed as a component of the total brand development process with branding partner SouthSouthWest.

Pisces Communications will now be called Infinitive Financial Services Software and Newsnet will be referred to as Infinitive Messaging. Both businesses are producing great results under the stewardship of the new owners and a team which is maturing with experienced new talent.

Pisces & Newsnet Businesses acquired by Investment Group

Australian financial services and mortgage software company Pisces Group Ltd today
announced that its mortgage service and messaging businesses has been acquired by
Santapau Limited for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition by Santapau, which is backed by clients of Gleneagle Securities, will enable
the launch of a range of new financial products to the Australian market.
In the coming weeks, the Pisces and Newsnet businesses will be rebranded to provide a
unified brand in the marketplace.
Director of Santapau, Delan Pagliaccio commented “Santapau is excited to assist in the
delivery of new and innovative solutions to existing clients of Pisces, plus further enhance
its talented team to provide a high level of customer options and support”.
“We will make this exciting change a smooth and transparent one and ensure our
customers, partners and suppliers are kept informed,” said Jega Rajan, CEO of Pisces.
